RETURNS
If you want to return the product, returns applies for 14 days - of course unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must contact us by email info@casualpriest.com before sending so we know that a return is on the way. Any refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
We do not refund shipping costs on return. You are responsible for the item returning to us in the condition you received it and we therefore recommend that you send it by registered mail. Please note that we do not pick up goods that are returned to us sent by cash on delivery.

EXCHANGE
If the product would not fit and you want to change to a different size, color or model, returns applies for 14 days. You must contact us at mail info@casualpriest.com before sending so we know that a return is coming and what you want to exchange to. Any price difference is refunded within 30 days of us receiving the product.
We do not reimburse the customer's shipping cost upon returns, but do account for the freight cost of the new product. You bear the responsibility of returning the product to us in the condition you received it and we therefore recommend that you send by registered mail. Please note that we do not pick up goods that are returned to us sent by cash on delivery.

COMPLAINTS
If a product is defect please contact us immediately at info@casualpriest.com or call +46 739 96 29 93 and describe the fault before sending it to us. The right of complaint relates to defects that can be attributed to the production of the product and does not apply to normal wear or aging. A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. Our warranty period is one year after purchase.
After we receive the returned product we will fix it, replace it with a new one or refund the cost within 30 days.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If customer does not pick up package, we charge a fee for shipping, return shipping and handling for a total of 150SEK.
TRANSPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
Maria Sjödin Stockholm AB is responsible that the product will reach you undamaged. It is important that you promptly report any damaged products to us at info@casualpriest.com.
If the packaging is damaged please notify the Post office immediately.
If the Post office does not undertake liability, please contact us.
If goods are damaged or lost when you return it to us, the customer is responsible.
PRIVACY
We guarantee that your personal data, email, address, will never be disclosed to third parties.
COLORS AND PHOTOS
We try to show the colors of the clothes as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee that the colors shown in the web shop accurately reproduce the colors of the clothes in reality. The colors can depend on your computer and monitor settings.
FORCE MAJEURE
We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement, if this is due to changes to the law by authorities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, accidents, major or similar events.
