SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We have now found a shipping solution that will work globally. Within Sweden and the Nordic countries we ship with Postnord's Service point and within the EU we ship with Postnord's My pack home, where DPD takes over outside Sweden's borders. Outside the EU we ship with DHL.
Unfortunately, customs fees are currently very high, mainly to the USA from the EU. At the moment this means 15% on the value of the goods + 15% in penalty duty + administrative surcharge of about 2% = about 32%. This is completely out of our control and we hope that it will change in the future! Stay updated on what applies in your country, as it is unfortunately too time-consuming and impossible for us to keep track of what applies in different countries! Shipping costs have also increased with an increased fuel surcharge. We are doing what we can to keep these costs down and are looking for different solutions.

WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

A few weeks ago, Postnord changed its shipping agreement for international deliveries. We have previously sent goods by registered mail, but now it is only possible to send documents with this service. The solution they offer instead is 3-4 times as expensive, which we do not consider sustainable. We are working to find a long-term solution, and we are in daily dialogue with other transport companies with the hope of soon reaching an agreement with new solution and reasonable prices. However, this still means that the shipping prices in accordance with the new tariffs will need to be adjusted upwards for customers based outside Sweden. But we also need to adjust the shipping costs somewhat within Sweden as there are currently increased fuel surcharges.

WE HAVE MOVED TO SKÅNEGATAN 70!

On February 1st, we were given access to a new location at Skånegatan 70 on Södermalm in Stockholm! On the 11th, the moving took place! Now we will get ready, build a studio and shop in the new place, so that we can be up and running again as soon as possible. We hope to be able to open around February 26th.

There will be a Shop in Shop for Casual Priest, where the collection will be available, as well as the opportunity to try on and order. Some new models are also in the progress.
